Instant Messaging
What is IM?
IM stands for instant messaging, which is an application allowing you to instant message users who are online.
What is Private Messaging?
You will see messaging box on your bottom right that you can chat directly with anyone on your friends list or click someones profile below there is a chat now button. That person has to be in your accepted friends list in order to communicate with one another.
How do I know who is online?
You will see an online statement next to the users name most likely in green.
Searching & Browsing
How do I add someone to my Favorites?
Click on the user's profile who you want to add as a favorite, select 'Add To Favorites'
Why can I not find my profile in the search?
Your profile is working fine. You can't find your own profile if you're logged in as yourself. If others cannot find your profile it's because you don't meet each others privacy settings.
How can I want to be notified whenever something happens?
Set your notification settings to your liking.
